Please note our shipping policy as follows:
- To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. We have tie-ups with major logistic players for delivering products across India and globally.
- Based on the nature of products, we select the most reasonable logistic partner. Here, prices, delivery time-line, place of delivery are examined carefully to select and provide the best possible option for our customers. In case of any discrepancy arising on account of changing market dynamics like price fluctuations, dollar value, and natural disaster etc. Bisht Price shall not be held responsible. We urge you to take a well informed decision and share your delivery and shipping conditions with Bisht Price before an actual delivery of product.
- Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you would like to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
- We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within the stipulated time-line. However in some cases, it may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely we inform you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded in the manner you have made the payment.

For Sellers:
- You shall only sell/offer what you have in your current stock.
- You will ensure to fill in complete details including primary specs required to upload product(s).
- Incompletely filled forms are deemed to be discarded from the search DataBase and comprehensive stock list.
- You are liable to refresh your stock items uploaded by you frequently or within 15 days from the date of upload, else it will be automatically removed from Dbase Stock list.
- Upload only those items, which you have in your stock and can be sold on demand by Bisht Price.
- Mention your price (Quote) after calculating all the applicable taxes. Your quote price must not include delivery charges.
Pricing Information: While Bisht Price is committed to provide accurate product and pricing information, typographical errors may occur.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Bisht Price shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. In such a case Bisht Price may intervene, identify the problem and will address this issue to both buyer(s) and seller(s) for an amicable settlement.

Returns and Cancellations
Bisht Price attempts to meet all your requirements satisfactorily but there may arise situations beyond our control where we seek to have your cooperation. Few policies related to cancellations are as follows:
Cancellation by Bisht Price: Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and may cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or non-compliance to our terms and conditions by the user (seller or buyer) or problems identified by our accounts or credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will inform you if all or any portion of your order is canceled.
Cancellations by the Buyer: You may cancel your order or some items in your order before we bill and ship the items. In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. In a situation where an order is been processed then the buyer is liable to pay the sum equivalent to recover Bisht Price's cost. However, orders placed for the loyalty program or gift vouchers cannot be canceled or returned.
Order Booked but Not delivered status: If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he/she will be entitled to a 100% refund. Or in situations, where an order booked by the buyer still stands undelivered after the committed days for delivery at the buyer's given address. Such orders can be cancelled with no penalty.
Order Booked and in transit status: In such cases, the buyer has to pay the delivery charges along with order processing charges. On receiving back the goods, Bisht Price logistic professionals will check the parcels condition and upon their approval cost will be deducted from the paid sum and balance shall be transferred to the buyer. Any refund against a return/cancel request made to Bisht Price customer support, shall be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise in an unused condition, along with the original sales invoice. After the merchandise is received by Bisht Price, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process a refund/exchange in 7 to 10 working days of receipt of the merchandise.
Damaged Product(s) Delivery: Ensure to check the contents of the delivered parcel and their condition. In case you find a damaged product delivery; do bring it to the notice of the delivery man and Bisht Price customer support immediately. Do not accept such parcels and Bisht Price team shall facilitate in identifying the problem, rectifying it and scheduling a fresh new delivery for you. We hope to have your patience and understanding in such situations.
Incorrect product(s) delivery: In this case we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated immediately or within 2 days on receipt of the product. We urge you not to accept or open seal packed products in this case. We will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.

Termination
This User Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Bisht Price. You may terminate this User Agreement at any time by informing us in writing that you no longer wish to be associated with this website, provided that you discontinue any further use of this Website. Bisht Price may terminate this User Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Website. Such termination will be without any liability to Bisht Price.

Entire Agreement

Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by Bisht Price and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Delhi. The High Court of judicature at Delhi alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.
Modification of Terms and conditions of Service
Bisht Price may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement, we will inform you of the modifications in the User Agreement via e-mail at the address provided by you while registering on Bisht Price. You can access the latest version of the User Agreement at any given time on Bisht Price. You should regularly review the User Agreement on Bisht Price. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.
